Job Description:

Barista/Customer Relations

It's all about people, building relationships, learning, growing, and providing exceptional service. Prepare specialty coffee / espresso drinks as well as other non-coffee drinks and food items. Prepare and serve only the best and do it all with humility and respect for all customers! Also responsible for additional coffee shop duties: cashier / POS operations, cleaning, stocking, and most of all having FUN!

Opening shifts require self-starting, independent and a highly accountable personality.  Includes setting up the shop, money handling and being warm and friendly to our early morning guests!

Job Requirements:

• Outgoing, like to meet people, high energy, fast paced job.
• Able to learn quickly, follow directions, think on your feet - literally
• Take initiative to get things done!
• Enjoy Christian music, sharing, caring, working hard.

All of the above... plus:

• On your feet 95% of the time!!
• No coffee experience necessary... retail experience a plus

Details:

Starting salary for Barista positions is $8.00/hr.  Shift leads: $8.50/hr

Shifts are 4 to 8 hours long. The first shift begins 30 minutes before opening and the last shift ends ~30 minutes after closing.
